This community-based charitable program from the Canadian Tire Foundation for Families offers opportunities for children from low-income families to participate in organized sports or recreational activities such as hockey, soccer or swimming. Par ticipation helps kids build self-esteem, while improving social skills, concentration and character. Community Care identifies families that will benefit from the program and is pleased to act as a local liaison connecting families and the foundation.
